1.Determine the size and shape of the electric screwdriver bit jack

According to the size and shape of the shank diameter, there are 4 main types of bits:

  • 5MM Hexagonal shank: the height of opposite side is 5MM
  • 6.35MM Hexagonal shank: the height of opposite side is 6.35MM
  • 4MM Round shank: Shank diameteris 4MM
  • 5MM Round shank: Shank diameteris 5MM

2.Determine the screw size. If the screw is M4 (the diameter of the thread part is 4MM), select the bit with the head diameter of 4MM.

3.Determine the size of the screw cap cross-patterned road

4.Determine the depth of the screw hole. If the depth of the screw hole is 20MM, select the bit with a length greater than 40MM.

#2. Method for replacing the bit with an electric screwdriver

There are five steps, the steps are as follows:

  • Prepare one electric screwdriver and one φ4 bit. φ4 means the handle of the batch head is a 4mm outer round handle
  • Press down the shaft cap of the electric screwdriver with the female finger, so that the steel ball of the card starter bounces back and the shaft core leaks out.
  • Put the screwdriver head down on the card position and release the shaft cap.
  • Pull the puller to judge whether it is installed in place
  • Make sure to install the OK and then power on the electric screwdriver to lock the screw
